Mr. Graham has twenty years of real estate management expertise. He holds a Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Graham joined First American Trust from Northern Trust Bank, where he spent thirteen years in the fiduciary trust real estate department. He has extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, including ground lease transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, tax-deferred exchanges and environmentally impaired properties.

Mr. Coombe has combined his business law practice and real estate brokerage activities over the past 28 years to bring to First American Trust the legal and practical aspects of real property management. Prior to joining First American Trust he spent 10 years as general counsel and general manager for a high-profile family-run real estate company with properties consisting of regional shopping centers, mobilehome parks, marinas, industrial buildings, golf courses and residential land development. His experience in the acquisition, sale, financing and management of multifaceted real estate projects has enhanced First American Trust's ability to accept highly sophisticated estates comprised of legal entities that own and manage real property.

Elizabeth A. Markworth

Ms. Markworth has a rich and varied background in the management of real property, land trusts, and oil and gas and mineral assets.  A veteran of more than twenty-five years in the oil industry, she served as President, Diamond Energy, President and Owner of Ensearch Company, and Vice President, Acquisitions for Unionville Exploration.  Her vast experience in acquisition, drilling, and production, as well as her understanding of the complex legal structures associated with these entities makes her a valuable resource for our clients. In addition, she is the former Chairperson of the Speakers Bureau of the California Independent Producers Association (CIPA).

Cathie Panis, CPM^®

Ms. Panis has over eighteen years of experience in property management.  Her background includes experience in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.  Previously associated with a real estate attorney, she has acquired valuable knowledge in the legal aspects of landlord/tenant law.  Ms. Panis is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Pacific West Association of Realtors.  She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree. She recently achieved the Certified Property Manager (CPM^®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Robert Krick

Mr. Krick has nineteen years experience in contract negotiations, extensive knowledge in landlord / tenant laws, property maintenance and assessment, and forecasting of estimated capital improvements. Mr. Krick has obtained his contractor license from the California State License Board and has successfully trained for his Real Estate Brokers license under the California Department of Real Estate. Currently, he is pursuing his B.S. in Business / Finance.
