Mr. Shah oversees the Healthcare Sector, Financial (Banks & Brokers) Sector, and Utility Sector. Mr. Shah has over 20 years of professional investment experience as an equity research analyst and sector manager. Prior to joining First American Trust, Mr. Shah was a Healthcare Analyst and Sector Manager with MBIA Insurance/ 1838 Investment Advisors in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania covering all aspects of the Healthcare Sector. Mr. Shah started his investment career at Merrill Lynch Asset Management where he spent ten years as a Senior Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Mr. Shah was also an equity analyst with DuPont Capital Management covering the Communication Service sector. Mr. Shah is a CFA charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Financial Analysts.

Beginning July 1, 2010, First American Trust will no longer participate in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. As a result, after June 30, 2010, funds held in non-interest bearing transaction accounts and IOLTA accounts will no longer be guaranteed in full under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program. However, these accounts will be insured up to $250,000.00 per depositor under the FDIC’s general deposit rules.
